Are at-home facials as effective as what you can get at the spa or dermatologist’s office? What makes one better than the other?
Facials are a vague concept. I believe in daily exfoliation.

A board-certified dermatologist with a successful private practice, Dr. Wexler is based in Manhattan and also serves as associate clinical professor for the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
