Cosmetic Vacations: Are You Trippin’?

I’ve heard about people traveling to Brazil for plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology because it’s commonplace—and considerably cheaper—to have work done down there. How safe are “cosmetic vacations,” and what is the best country to visit to have work done?
I believe in having procedures performed in the United States to ensure that all treatments follow approved guidelines and are performed by certified physicians. These measures are for your own personal safety and will allow for necessary follow-up visits with the doctor.
