Attention fans of hip-hop, R&B, and beauty products: Mary J. Blige is jumping on board the celebrity fragrance band wagon. According to Women’s Wear Daily, Lisa Price’s natural beauty range, Carol’s Daughter, has enlisted MJB as perfume muse—which is fitting, seeing as how the singer has recently been serving as both avid fan and spokeswoman of the brand. Called My Life after her chart-topping sophomore album, the scent will debut in 2009.

  2. I wonder what’s going to happen to all these celeb-lines with the current economy. Not now but in a few months we will see the damage. This recession will not go away overnight…no…I know it won’t attach the rich. Some get even richer!!
    But it sure will attach the magazine so celeb market! Because that are the buyers off celeb dreams! That’s what it is.

    Nothing against Mary on the contrary, great singer, but are we really in need for another celeb scent? I don’t think so.
