Vert Los Angeles Is Now Vert Worldwide

A favorite haunt of green-leaning SoCal natives, Vert Los Angeles has established itself as something of a destination spot for the eco-chic. Owner and founder Renata Helfman stocks her Venice beauty shop with choice all-natural products from around the globe to help nurture healthy skin and an overall healthy lifestyle. This month, Helfman takes her operation virtual, launching an online boutique equipped with the same well-edited stock lists and personal attention she’s known for in the flesh. Short of creating an onsite avatar, she has gone to every length to ensure that the remote shopping experience is still an authentic one, offering customized gift baskets and regularly updating her own personal “Favorites” page. The store’s lauded makeup consultations are difficult to provide offsite, but you can shop its extensive collection of Josie Maran and Jane Iredale natural cosmetics and then e-mail one of its artists with questions. Being green just got a whole lot easier.
