Fergie And Carmen Usher In The Year Of The Perma-Tan

While you were toasting the New Year with Champagne and a more-sensible-than-usual party getup, thanks to the frigid temperatures that crippled most of the country this holiday season, Fergie and Carmen Electra looked eerily similar as they hosted a duo of parties in Vegas. Forget the new, new face. Apparently, it’s all about fake-baking, blond highlights, and a completely line-less forehead in 2009. (Apply heavy lip gloss and a smoky eye at will.)
