Katherine Heigl: Fit To Be Tied?

Maybe it’s just us, but we find the double-ribbon updo accessory to be more of a prom holdover look favored by sorority girls slumming it at the airport than an elegant, red carpet event-appropriate style—even though Katherine Heigl and Tiffany & Co. seem to disagree with us. Thoughts?
