OK. We are aware that Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen is an aspiring rocker and that despite her on-screen character’s naiveté, she is a crazy, leather jacket-and eyeliner-wearing gal in real life. But there is such a thing as laying it on too thick: case in point, her bleached-blond shag, smudged-out cat-eye, and red-lip combo at last night’s amfAR fashion-week kickoff gala. Yes, she is only 15. But you’re never too young to learn the lessons of tasteful subtlety. Just sayin’.
