Emma Roberts Bolsters Neutrogena’s Star Power

When we first saw this headline we misread the last name and thought, “Emma Watson’s doing beauty now? Huh. She seemed to be positioning herself as something of a fashion darling, but hey, no harm in double dipping.” When we realized our mistake, our next thought was, “Emma Roberts? Wait. Who?” And so we did a quick Google search: Apparently the latter Emma is a teen queen, niece of Julia, and enough of a household name (in households not including ours) to win herself a big Neutrogena contract alongside the likes of Diane Lane, Jennifer Garner, Vanessa Hudgens, Hayden Panettiere, and Gabrielle Union. Details of the Hotel for Dogs star’s campaign have yet to be disclosed, although we’re guessing the 18-year-old will front one of the brand’s acne cleansers, like Panettiere, who is two years her senior—and who we are familiar with, for the record. Big Heroes fans over here.
