Penélope Cruz’ New Fringe Benefits

A big smile and the Best Supporting Actress statuette for Vicky Cristina Barcelona weren’t the only things Penélope Cruz was showing off at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards on Sunday night. A new shorter, straighter forehead fringe was also among her accessories. As loyal devotees of her long raven locks—which typically include a signature set of full, wild bangs that part down the middle of their own accord—we’re not fans of the new look. But we also shunned the rockabilly movement when it invaded our lives in high school, so perhaps our dislike is not all that surprising. You?

i totally agree. so audrey yet still penelope. i am liking her more and more lately.
I think she looks fantastic! It really suits her strong features but it makes her look feminine at the same time…maybe she’ll start a trend!
