Diane Kruger: Just Kidding?

Sporting a smoky eye and metallic lip, Diane Kruger seemed to be going for a more sultry makeup look than usual at the César Film Awards this past weekend in Paris—except for that bejeweled hair clip holding her side-swept bangs. The latter is a bit grade school for our liking (and it’s not the first time we’ve spied this style on the model-turned-actress). Too juvenile for the red carpet or the perfect touch of understated elegance? Discuss.

  1. Tastefully done. The metallic lip is so sheer that I don’t see any clash with the smokey eye.
