Jergens, Rachel Bilson Rally Against Tanning

March 30, 2009  2:13 pm

Seeing as how tanning beds are a hot-button issue these days, Jergens, purveyor of cult favorite Natural Glow color-enhancing moisturizers, is giving bronzing addicts encouragement to quit. Enlisting actress Rachel Bilson as its spokesperson, the skincare giant has pioneered the “Glow in the Dark” initiative: For every pledge it gets from consumers who promise to practice sun safety, it gives one dollar to the Skin Cancer Foundation. With close to $20,000 in pledges already amassed, it would appear as though fake-baking is finally falling out of favor. To join the fight against bad tanning habits, log on to www.jergens.com.
