A Taste Of New York, In Paris

For devout Bobbi Brown followers in Paris—and those of you who have found yourself in the City of Light and in desperate need of a Shimmer Brick—the New York-based makeup artist is finally setting up shop in Le Marais next week. “The Studio,” as this 13th freestanding Bobbi Brown outpost is called, officially opens its doors on April 30, boasting interior design elements like a communal artistry table, product wall, press/inspiration wall, and a private event space for maquillage parties and such. Way more than just a retail experience, the storefront at 1 Bis, Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, will also offer a menu of services that includes a VIP makeup lesson (that’s the one-on-one treatment), group workshops (good for corporate morale building), special-occasion beauty services (when concealer and a sheer gloss are simply not enough), and teen and bridal beauty application tips, as well as brow grooming. It’ll be just like hitting up Bobbi Brown’s Soho atelier on Broadway, but, you know, sunny.
