Lipstick Queen Shines For Summer

Finally, a summer lip gloss that’s completely devoid of sticky sparkles—and edible flavors. Each jumbo-sized crayon in Poppy King’s Lipstick Queen line of Chinatown Glossy Pencils is packed with moisturizing ingredients like shea, avocado, and mango butters, as well as its own sharpener for a precise application of sheer color every time you use it. But what really counts are the five on-trend shades. With names like Crime (a sheer hot pink) and Thriller (a sheer scarlet red), inspired by Roman Polanski’s 1974 masterpiece Chinatown, they’ll add a bit of scandal to otherwise humdrum summer beauty arsenals.
