Fergie Rides The Wave

After spending the last five months on the straight and narrow, Fergie has been tousling her still brunette locks of late, going with loose, finger-combed ringlets for her Late Show With David Letterman appearance last night. And to this, we say, yea: Her increasingly patchy color job, which dabbles in shades of black, brown, and blond, looks way better with a little bounce to break up the gradation, no?
