Maybelline Takes Its Show Off-Broadway
July 29, 2009 11:58 am

Tomorrow, due east of Times Square’s theater district, Maybelline will be hosting an Off-Broadway show like no other. To celebrate the launch of its new Color Sensational collection of lipsticks, lip liners, and glosses, the company has partnered with the cast of Chicago to bring live performances and makeup tutorials to Grand Central Terminal. Maybelline artists will be on hand to help you identify your perfect lip shade and to offer on-the-spot mini sensational lip color makeovers at the Rite Aid in the station from 8 to 10 a.m., 12 to 2 p.m., and again at 3 to 7 p.m. They’ll also set up shop outside at 43rd Street and Vanderbilt Avenue, where a live performance by the Chicago cast will commence at 3:30, with an encore an hour later. You’ll be able to enter to win free tickets to the musical, as well as box office discounts and coupons for products from the new lip care range. A collaboration with A Chorus Line seems like it would’ve made more sense, but alas, the show isn’t currently in town.
