Fashion’s Night Out = Best Night Ever

September 9, 2009  6:03 pm

The clock is winding down to the official start of the Fashion’s Night Out festivities, so we thought we’d give you a few more reasons to go out and get gorgeous tomorrow night. Below, find our updated list of steals, deals, and general good times to be had all over the city. For the record, free flower bouquets, star-studded karaoke, and totally gratis styling sessions spell banner evening to us.

Jo Malone

To celebrate its commitment to the art of fragrance combining, Jo Malone will be offering custom floral arrangements by a stylist from British floral shop Jane Packer, inspired by your perfume purchases. Pick up a bottle of Red Roses for yourself and leave with a dozen long stems for your living room.

Stop By: 946 Madison Ave. at 75th St.

Kiehl’s Since 1851

Kiehl’s Since 1851 will be setting up a Karaoke Karnival hosted by Entourage’s Emmanuelle Chriqui from 7 to 11 p.m. at its East Village flagship. Everyone who sings will get a complimentary tube of the brand’s Lip Balm #1 and spectators will be treated to more than a few undisclosed celebrity performances. (Spoiler alert: American Idol finalist Constantine Maroulis will kick things off promptly at 7).

Stop By: 109 Third Ave. at 13th St.

La Mer

Have you ever just wanted a straight, informed answer to that burning question, is Creme de La Mer really worth the price? Well, tomorrow night might be your chance to get it when Robin Shandler, executive director of global product development at the Max Huber Research Labs, will be on hand at Saks from 7 to 10 p.m. to personally answer questions while guests enjoy signature La Mer skincare and color treatments.

Stop By: 611 Fifth Ave. at 50th St.

Molton Brown

Here’s one for the guys. To properly launch its new men’s range stateside, all Molton Brown outlets in the city will be transformed into British pubs serving pints of British ales with traditional salted snacks.

Stila

To further promote its sponsorship of Betsey Johnson’s runway show this season, Stila will be offering complimentary makeovers at Johnson’s Soho boutique. It’s the perfect combination of Lip Glaze and frilly frocks.

Stop By: 138 Wooster St. at Houston St.

Bumble and Bumble

It’s all about updos, uptown, and being up late. Get a free styling session at the Bumble and Bumble Salon in Midtown and learn backstage secrets from the Bb editorial team. You can even choose a style straight from the Fall runways and your stylist will re-create the look for you on the spot. We recommend trying out one of the eighties bouffants from the Marc Jacobs show.

Stop By:146 E 56th St. between Third Ave. and Lexington Ave.
