One Mind, From L.A. To Milan

While still marveling over the backstage handiwork at the Prada show yesterday courtesy of makeup artist Pat McGrath and hairstylist Guido Palau, we stumbled upon this image of Christina Aguilera at Variety‘s first annual Power of Women Luncheon in Beverly Hills. The bright red pout? Those matte, texturized locks split evenly over both shoulders? It’s as if Xtina and Miuccia simultaneously conjured the same beauty look and then realized it on their own respective turfs, presenting us with one of the best runway-to-reality looks the Spring show season has produced thus far, plus a transcontinental “who wore it better” moment of epic proportions. Discuss.

I personally like Prada’s version better. I like tomato red lips and the netting like effect of the hair.
Though Aguilera’s bangs are very cute, the deep matte bkue red is a little harsh.
Prada. Tomato red is more fitting.
christina. it looks much more refined and wearable.
