Kemp Muhl, Green Goddess

Over the past month of front-row and after-party appearances, we’ve come to consider Kemp Muhl and Sean Lennon as a single entity—Seamp, if you will. It’s rare to see either alone; the couple is more likely engaged in some form of arm linking or leg crossing that keeps their bodies perpetually intertwined. But at Gaia Repossi and Eugenie Niarchos’ jewelry launch last night in Paris, Muhl stood out on her own despite requisite physical contact with Lennon. The singular spotlight came courtesy of a green lip that harked back to Vivienne Westwood’s Spring 2009 presentation—and added a new color to the season’s increasingly vibrant statement-lip color wheel. And you know what? We’re kind of into it even though it’s an odd shade we might normally advise against. The PDA, less so. You?
