It’s Shakira’s Party And She’ll Wear Dreads If She Wants To

Known as much for her thick blond mane as those hips that don’t lie, Shakira sported makeshift dreadlocks to her Rolling Stone cover celebration last night, which doubled as a launch party for her new album She Wolf. Do you prefer the mattified, twisted strands or a sleeker Shakira?
