CAMELLIA OIL /(kah-meel-ya oil)/n./ 1. A light yellow oil extracted from the seeds of the Camellia oleifera plant native to the mountains of Southeastern Asia; /n./ 2. Rich in squalene and oleic acid, which are easily absorbable emollients that are essential to the body’s self-moisturizing abilities; /n./ 3. An effective ingredient to shield skin from the penetration of environmental pollutants, including UVB rays, e.g., “Quench and protect parched skin and hair and with camellia oil.”
