An Honor Just To Be Nominated
January 5, 2010 5:46 pm

For those of you who already have Golden Globes fever, a little teaser. We don’t have a sneak peek at Marion Cotillard’s hair and makeup look for the ceremony, unfortunately (you’ll have to wait until January 17 for that), but we did just receive an insiders’ preview of what all the female nominees will be going home with at the end of the night. L’Oréal and Carelle have teamed up once again to create the 2010 edition of Shoot for the Stars, the annual compact gifted to the talented women in the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress categories at the awards show. This year’s model comes equipped with orange citrine stones set in 18K yellow gold-plated silver and is adorned with pavé diamond shooting stars in honor of L’Oréal’s induction into the Hollywood Walk of Fame this past fall. No, it’s not a golden statuette, but it might numb the pain of losing just a little bit.

I didn’t know they get a compact! It’s beautiful… wouldn’t mind having one of those so I guess I need to step up my acting game a little.
