ScarJo Rules With An Iron Fist

April 27, 2010  2:28 pm

The release of Iron Man 2 is exciting for a few reasons: 1) Robert Downey, Jr., is quite possibly the best actor in a superhero role, ever—better even than Christian Bale’s Batman; 2) the movie’s soundtrack is all AC/DC, all the time; and 3) it provides a rare opportunity to see Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johansson simultaneously on the big screen (and the red carpet). We’d like to give ScarJo some kudos for her beauty look at the film’s premiere last night in L.A., as sharing the spotlight with Ms. Paltrow is no easy feat. Knowing that Gwyneth would likely rock her signature corn-silk strands middle parted and pin-straight, Johansson seems to have made a calculated decision to go with a textured and tousled updo that culminated in a low-lying messy chignon. It definitely set her apart from her co-star and expertly showcased the sexy neck and shoulder line of her structural Armani Privé one-sleeved frock. Do you like the sophisticated style or prefer her in something more free-flowing?
