Marc Jacobs Bangs One Out, Fight Wrinkles With Chocolate, And More…

Marc Jacobs is getting back into the men’s fragrance world with Bang, a labor of love for which the designer serves as the campaign face—and naked, greased-down body. This marks the first time Jacobs has posed in his own advertising visuals, and is just one of many new beginnings that he reportedly has in the works. NARS cosmetics has named Francelle Daly as its national makeup artist, a new role they’ve created specifically for the face painter. Daly often works with Kate Bosworth, Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen, Chloë Sevigny, and Charlotte Gainsbourg, and adding to her cool cred is the fact that her expert hand was behind the backstage Lancôme beauty look at Victoria Beckham’s Fall presentation last February. NARS-sponsored shows for the upcoming season just shot to the top of our list. [WWD]

A chocolate bar that can slow the aging process and keep wrinkles at bay? Believe it. You can almost hear the collective rejoice of womankind, no? [Telegraph]

Kevyn Aucoin Beauty is getting a revamp courtesy of Stila founder Jeanine Lobell, who has signed on as the brand’s new creative director. Lobell says she wants the brand to have “the life it always deserved.” We’re all for that. [Independent]
