Naomi Watts Puts It Bluntly
Naomi Watts has been consistently bringing her A-game to red-carpet events. She rocked one of our favorite beauty looks to the Met gala this year, killed it in Cannes, and you know what? We’re even enamored with the messy buns and bare face she’s been snapped sporting in the West Village while playing with her kids this summer. It should come as no surprise, then, that she brought the big guns with her to last night’s Salt premiere in L.A.—a.k.a. hairstylist to the stars Robert Vetica. “It was quite a change for Naomi,” Vetica says of Watts’ cornsilk blond blunt cut that was a bit longer in front and slightly higher in back (Vetica took off two inches pre-premiere). Razor-texturized side-swept bangs completed the look, which was pulled together with Moroccanoil Light—a recent release from the celebrity-favorite brand that works better on fine hair that can’t take too much conditioning. The final result: strands that looked light and airy—and managed to steal much of the spotlight, despite the presence of the Jolie-Pitts. Yeah, we said it.
