We’ve long been fans of RMS Beauty, the elegant line of organic skin balms, eye and cheek colors, and other face-perfecting essentials from model-favorite makeup artist Rose-Marie Swift. With just a handful of products in her best-selling range, Swift has a rep for creating standouts that do what others truly can’t. (Karolina Kurkova and Miranda Kerr are just two of the legions that swear by her Living Luminizer, a highlighter that draws light to the skin without any glitter or sparkles). So needless to say, we were a bit excited to hear about her latest launch, Lip Shines, antioxidant-rich lip moisturizers that deliver a hint of color. As with all RMS releases, the formula is made with unrefined ingredients—the hero in this pot is Moringa oil, derived from the leaves of the “miracle tree” and loaded with hydrating fatty acids and youth-enhancing vitamins A and C. There are two versatile tints to choose from, a deep brown-rose and sheer modern pink, both of which can be worn alone or layered with any number of lipstick shades. Clearly the pair are a proven hit already, as they sold out within three hours of their soft debut on Spirit Beauty Lounge last week.
