Spotted: Clémence Poésy, Brunette

It appears as though “Balenciaga blond” is getting some competition from darker chestnut brown hair hues at the Spring shows. Following Natasha Poly’s lead, Clémence Poésy turned up in the Chanel front row this morning sporting a richer, golden chocolate incarnation of her enviable flaxen locks. And just as U.S. audiences were getting used to the French actress’ lighter look on Gossip Girl, too. What do you think: a lovely, subtle transition or a misguided move over to the dark side?

I think she transitioned fabulously. The shade of brown is very complementary to her skin tone(not too dark or too mousey). If only everyone could transition from blonde to brunette this effortlessly..*sigh*.
