Lancôme Likes It Dot

Around this time last year, Lancôme celebrated the tenth anniversary of its industry-standard-setting Juicy Tubes by releasing a limited-edition, 100 percent natural-origin collection of the lip lacquers. Boasting Hungarian honey as their main ingredient, the formulas were totally preservative-free and included natural flavors and colors like vanilla, apricot, and annatto, a naturally derived red pigment from South America. So, how do you revisit an idea as good as this but make it even better the second time around? You enlist the design services of famed Japanese illustrator Yayoi Kusama for a new set of six undeniably adorable petite glosses. They’re also on trend; Kusama is often referred to as the Princess of Polka Dots, which were everywhere on the Fall runways. The sheer shade range includes Pop Art Hazelnut, Dot Apricot, Happy Honey, Crazy Raspberry, Rose
Blossom, and Swing Pink—all of which have just launched exclusively at Nordstrom’s (full distribution will follow in June). Get these collector’s items while the getting’s good.

These would make great Easter gifts – perfect for the person who does not like darker lip pigments.
