Wake Up And Smell The Cherry Blossoms

For those of you who aren’t horticulturally inclined, we happen to be in the midst of cherry blossom season here in New York, an incredible time of the year when the flowering trees erupt with pink and fuchsia petals. You’ve still got two weeks to enjoy the Brooklyn Botanical Garden’s month-long cherry blossom celebration, which culminates on May 1, but if a trip to the outer borough isn’t in the cards, Jo Malone has a pretty awesome consolation prize. The brand’s new, limited-edition Sakura Cherry Blossom cologne layers the flowers’ subtle sweetness with hints of rose and bergamot for a powdery bouquet that’s balanced by a base of musk and woodsy notes. Think of it as spring in a bottle.
