Drugstore Discovery of the Week: Still Sweet On Johnson & Johnson

A slew of newfangled baby beauty brands have emerged over the past decade, but there was just one when we were kids: Johnson & Johnson. Classic products like its Baby Shampoo, Lotion, Oil, and Powder have withstood the test of time—and still get some play in our own baby-free home. As anyone who has picked up a bottle of the golden-hued shampoo in adulthood is well aware, it still makes your hair, well, baby soft. Johnson’s continues to launch new classics, the latest of which is its Honey Apple Baby Wash. The ultra-gentle formula was designed for delicate baby skin, making it perfect for super-sensitive grownups as well. Its low-foaming, creamy lather also has a pleasant scent that’s sweet but not cloying. There’s something comforting about seeing that old-school oval bottle holding its own in our shower.
