Rihanna’s Reb’l Yell; Bobbi Brown Was Here (At Westminster Abbey, That Is); And More…

It’s safe to say that Rihanna’s first fragrance, Reb’l Fleur, is an overwhelming success. At an in-store appearance at Macy’s in New York’s Herald Square this weekend, Ri-Ri managed to personally push over $60,000 worth of the scent. A sequel is no doubt in the works. [WWD]

You can show your love for Rihanna’s original by voting for it at this year’s Fifi Awards on May 25, thanks to a new feature called the Consumers’ Choice Award. The category is meant to recognize the best men’s and women’s perfumes from all sectors and distribution channels, as voted on by the scent-sniffing public. Click here to cast your ballot. Jury’s still out on what products Kate Middleton used when crafting her own makeup look at Friday’s royal wedding, but an announcement made via Bobbi Brown’s Facebook page this afternoon does shed some light on the matter: “We are proud to confirm that Bobbi Brown Cosmetics makeup artist Hannah Martin provided makeup artistry assistance to members of the bridal party for the royal wedding. We wish to respect the privacy of all those involved, and therefore will not be releasing further details.” We’re going to go ahead and assume that the Duchess of Cambridge indulged in some of BB’s well-loved Shimmer Brick for those contoured cheekbones.
