Breaking: Fresh Hits The Gas

Much to the enjoyment of New Yorkers confined to midtown office buildings where lunch pickings are slim, the food truck movement has exploded on the island of Manhattan. Lobster rolls, tacos, handcrafted ice creams, dumplings, and even Mexican-barbecue hybrids are now mobile, making it easy to eat well (and often). In an ingenious move, Fresh is borrowing from this mobile concept and ushering in the dawn of the beauty truck. Believing wholeheartedly that anyone who tries its Sugar Lip Treatments will be hooked for life, the brand has geared out its own four-wheelers to launch its Kiss & Tell campaign, in which free tubes of the popular pout perfectors will be doled out on the city’s streets. Look out for the lip-covered trucks this Thursday, June 23, and Saturday, June 25, and as you do with your favorite traveling comestibles, follow Fresh on Twitter @FreshFounder to find out where you can get in on the action. Fingers crossed this is just the beginning of beauty trucks; we’re pretty sure being able to pick up your favorite products as easily as a slice of artisanal pizza is the future.

I SWEAR by this stuff. It’s expensive but so worth it. Also, their rose mask is to die for. I keep it in the fridge. I’m going to keep my eyes peeled for this truck in midtown!!
