Let Them Wash With Honey Cake

All clichés aside, this truly is the most wonderful time of year—especially for beauty junkies. Between the limited-edition product sets and all the festive packaging, its like being a kid in a candy store—a gold-flecked lipstick, shimmer powder-packed candy store. The latest exciting seasonal offering to cross our desk comes from Shiseido. The famed Japanese skincare company re-releases its cult favorite Honey Cake soaps once a year, and the time to cash in on the translucent disks that can be used to cleanse both body and hair (the lather is that impressive) is now. Formulated with a mix of vitamins, minerals, and the amino acids found in honey, the sweet amber and fern scented French milled soaps are super-mild yet extremely effective at washing away impurities, requisite festive packaging included. Choose from emerald or ruby-toned wrapping while supplies last—or until December 26, when the soaps will disappear until next year.
