Vogues Of The World Unite!; Miranda Kerr’s Lash-Curling Secret, Revealed; And More…

“We will be ambassadors for the message of healthy body image.” No, this isn’t a new beauty company campaign slogan; it’s part of a six-point pact made between the editors of all 19 international issues of Vogue to stop knowingly shooting underage, unhealthy-looking models. [NYT]

The Kim Kardashian hype machine is running on overdrive today as word of her new prestige-only fragrance, True Reflection, hits the Internet. “It is about overcoming things and letting your true self come out,” Kardashian says of the bergamot, plum, night-blooming gardenia, chocolate orchid, and textured woods eau. And yes, for those of you keeping track, this is also the fragrance that got Kardashian “flour bombed” at a launch event earlier this year. [WWD]

Miranda Kerr’s a-teaspoon-of-coconut-oil-a-day-keeps-the-cellulite-away mantra went viral last year and now, she’s sharing another one of her beauty secrets: “You can curl your eyelashes with a spoon if you don’t have a curler,” she says, explaining how after applying a coat of mascara, she pinches her lashes between her thumb and a utensil to get a natural lift. To be clear, Cameron Diaz didn’t mean to cut her hair into what has now become a signature chin-length bob. “I just burst into tears and started crying, and I felt so vulnerable,” Diaz reveals of the moment when her friend accidentally snipped off a few too many inches of her cornsilk blond strands.
