Emma Watson is known as much for her truly exquisite eyebrows as her formative years spent at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. So impressive is the quality of her arches, in fact, that while we don’t usually put much stock into various celebrity salon endorsements, we can’t help but be intrigued by her go-to brow-grooming destination, the U.K.’s Blink Brow Bar. Founded in 2004 by Vanita Parti, the threading and lash extensions specialist took her team from London’s Bond Street to Henri Bendel’s last summer and has more expansion on the brain: Now, New Yorkers who log more time below 14th Street need not schlep uptown for their appointments—for the next two months at least. That’s how long Blink’s pop-up shop, b London, will be holding court inside one of our other favorite British imports, Topshop. Make an appointment or just, ahem, pop in for a little shaping or a full-scale eye reboot: Think eyebrow threading ($32), classic lash extension application ($160), and the heavenly, puff-reducing Ayurvedic eye soother treatment ($50). And if your eyebrows are, thanks to years of overzealous plucking, in need of complete reconstruction, try Blink’s newest menu addition, the Brow-hab treatment ($60), which helps slowly fatten up even the wispiest strands. Once your brows have been whipped back into shape, there is plenty of other therapy of the retail variety to be had mere feet away.
B London x Topshop, 478 Broadway, NYC, through December 23. For an appointment, call (212) 966-9555 (ext. 101, 102, or 103), www.blinkbrowbar.com.
