Post-Friends, it’s been all about blonde highlights and a series of easy, slightly wavy hairstyles worn down more often than up. Her appearance at last night’s Glamour Women of the Year awards was no exception. Presenting Chelsea Handler with a statuette, Aniston went with a soft side part that she tied back with—get this—a plain old silver barrette. That barrettes are making a comeback has been a topic of conversation backstage for the past few seasons, but using them so simply on the red carpet is definitely a novel idea. Aniston did something similar at the 2009 Oscars with a small braid that she wove across her hairline, to mixed reviews. How do you feel about this look?
