The Craze For Gwyneth’s Complexion; The Nail Boom, Now In Baseball: And More…

If you happened to see Gwyneth Paltrow rocking that black, cut-out Michael Kors dress at the God’s Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards earlier this week, flawless skin en tow, then this piece of information won’t come as a surprise: British plastic surgeons are now reporting an increase in bookings and treatments from women seeking to emulate Paltrows pore-less complexion. [Daily Mail]

Jordin Sparks is launching a fragrance—which, by the way, will be her second fragrance, should you be unaware (and we were). The American Idol winner’s latest eau, Ambition, hits stores next month. [WWD]

Khloe and Lamar Odom are also launching a second scent. Unbreakable Joy will be a follow-up to their debut unisex offering, Unbreakable. [People]

As the San Francisco Giants headed into game four of the National League championship series last night, their catcher, Hector Sanchez, was wearing bright yellow nail overlays—the better to give hand signals to pitcher Tim Lincecum with. We love the idea of Sanchez meticulously applying the polish stickers to each nail, presumably before the eye black goes on. Swoon. [USA TODAY]

Kim Cattrall Inks A Beauty Deal; Jennifer Aniston Reviles The “Rachel”; And More…

The latest bit of spokesperson news doesn’t involve one of Tinseltown’s twentysomething scene stealers. Instead, Olay is putting Kim Cattrall in the spotlight as the face of its new Total Effects antiaging bodycare range. A little Photoshopping seems evident in the ads—which, for the record, aren’t close-ups—but for the most part, Cattrall looks each and every one of her 54 years, and all the better for it. “I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen.” …Jennifer Aniston on the “Rachel,” which captivated salon-goers in the nineties. [Allure]

Khloe Kardashian’s stint as a redhead is officially over. A moment of silence to mourn the loss, please. And…over it. [People]

Smelling Like “Rihanna Was Here,” Bieber’s Beauty Coup, And More…

As the on-counter date for Rihanna’s first fragrance, Reb’l Fleur, draws near, more details are emerging. The fruity floral—dispensed from a stiletto-inspired flacon—is apparently meant to say, “Rihanna was here”. There will also be a 30-second “hip, edgy” viral video to further promote the perfume. [MTV]

The new (well, continuing) reality star attention grab? A new dye job. Khloe Kardashian, who is breaking away from the fam this year to star in her own show with husband Lamar Odom, is going even more red than the auburn she was spotted with at the People’s Choice Awards this week, while Lauren Conrad, formerly of The Hills, has embraced golden brunette. [Daily Mail]

It seems real celebrities are turning to the hair dye bottle as well. Actress Olivia Thirlby has gone from long and brunette to bobbed and blonde—and has some tips on how flaxen-haired girls can make their faces pop: “I have my trifecta: Benefit Erase Paste, Chanel Teint Innocence and the most incredible mascara ever—Helena Rubenstein Lash Queen.” [T]

The numbers are in and Justin Bieber is officially a beauty phenomenon (as if there were ever any doubt). The teen pop sensation’s nail polish collection with Nicole by OPI completely sold out in the 3,000 Wal-Mart stores where it was stocked over the holidays, and his scented dog tags and wristbands did equally well. And there’s more to come: Biebs will reportedly release a prestige fragrance sometime this year. [WWD]

The 14th Annual “Famed Hottest Looks” survey results have just been distributed, revealing the celebrity body parts most requested from plastic surgeons in 2010. Among the, um, winners are Gisele Bündchen (“Most Desired Female Body”), Taylor Swift (“Most Desired Hair”), and Natalie Portman (“Most Desired Nose”). And with the upset is Scarlett Johansson, beating out Angelina Jolie for “Most Requested Lips.” [Fox News]

Sephora Does Denim, Paris Gets Served, and More…

Fans of beauty and fashion one-stop shopping may want to sit down for this one: Sephora has announced plans to launch a denim line. Its new Lerock jeans collection is being called Lift Up, referring to its ability to push up posteriors. So far, rollout plans include Italian retail stores only, but fingers crossed the U.S. gets a piece of the action as well. [WWD]

Looks like this summer’s “celebutantes vs. the law” story isn’t over. Paris Hilton may go before a judge if the lawsuit that a hair extensions company is filing against her goes to trial. Hairtech International Inc. is suing Hilton, alleging that she wore a competitor’s locks in 2008 and skipped out on launch party hosting duties back in ’07. One can only hope she makes like LiLo and dabbles in expressive nail art for her day in court. [NYDN]

Procter & Gamble may not be ready to go all organic, all the time with the ingredients in its popular personal care products, but the beauty giant is planning to use eco-friendly sugarcane-derived plastic to package select lines from brands like Pantene Pro-V and CoverGirl. Baby steps. [MSNBC]

Full disclosure: Khloe is our favorite Kardashian. And while we hate the Lakers (that’s right, we said it), we also kind of really like Lamar Odom—he just seems like a nice guy, no? That being said, the couple’s just-announced unisex fragrance will definitely find its way into our celebrity perfume collection, earning coveted placement somewhere in between Derek Jeter’s Driven and Britney’s Fantasy (it’s a classic!).
