Beauty Icon: Diane Keaton

At 19, Keaton moved to New York, where she studied with Sanford Meisner—father of the Meisner technique of method acting—at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater. She booked her first Broadway role, as an ensemble member in Hair, in 1968. Legend has it that she refused to go nude for the love-in.
