The Beauty Trait We Wish We Inherited From Our Mothers
We’re not saying we’re jealous of a 12-year-old…but have you seen Liv Freundlich’s hair? If the name doesn’t ring a bell, certainly you’ve heard of her mom, Julianne Moore. The actress and her mini-me—with their matching strawberry strands, porcelain skin, and smattering of freckles—arrived in tandem at the Children’s Health Fund benefit in Water Mill, New York, this past weekend. The crimson-colored duo not only inspired envy in the brunettes behind Beauty Counter, but it led us to discover that we both missed out on the redhead gene belonging to our mothers. While we didn’t inherit their fiery hues, at least we’ll always have hair dye to help us blend into long and illustrious lines of gingers. Suddenly, turning into our mothers doesn’t look all that bad.
