Ellie Tahari's ready to wear collection for Fall 2007. clean chic and modern. What more is there to say?

The Best Of from a collection that was sometimes really off the mark. Most pieces were too loose to have such heavy embellishments, making pieces drab instead of young and chic. Here the simplest pieces yet the most modern are the best.

Here are some of my favorites from Dior's spring show. What struck me about these pieces was how the elements worked with traditional Japanese dress to create pieces that are often geometrically sharp, but still full of lush femininity.

PERFECTION! The fabulousity of Armani made an amazing fantasy world, where one idea led in so many directions, each contrived to perfection. I Love the versatility and the continuity of Armani's vision in this collection.

In a time where my girlfriends think that recession looks are boring I have to disagree. Lanvin proves that simplicity can be luxe and totally interesting. Simplicity allows clothes to be all about the woman, and what could be more interesting than that?
