Tracy Reese

NEW YORK, June 23, 2010
By Romney Leader
Tracy Reese knows her way around a flattering, full-skirted frock, but for Resort, the designer pushed some different silhouettes. "I had to warm my sales team up to the new length," Reese said of a butter yellow silk peasant gown. "I told them they'll be seeing a lot more of it next season." A plaid flared trouser also popped up, as did a leopard-print bermuda short. The shapes added freshness to the collection, but she didn't abandon her classics: A sleeveless dress with a pleated skirt featuring a cabbage rose print numbered among the best looks.
