Tuleh

NEW YORK, February 11, 2000
By Armand Limnander
"Women who really care about their clothes are a fascinating bunch," read Tuleh's show program. Evidently, Tuleh knows exactly what their ladies want. This season, it was highly polished glamour—in the form of pert jackets, fitted fur coats and tailored pencil skirts. There was something for every occasion: from a shiny green military-inspired trench dress to plaid suits, sassy turtlenecks and sleek pants. Eveningwear was equally accomplished and varied: beaded tops, long overcoats and one-shoulder dresses. It was a classic, elegant collection that perfectly suited the venue in which it was shown: New York's tony Regency Hotel.
