Hot-Blooded Hosiery Adds a Bright Note for Fall

Tights make a comeback every fall, but this season they went way beyond basic black. Katy Rodriguez, like Jasmine Di Milo's Jasmine Al Fayed, accessorized her entire collection with fire-engine red hose. "Red felt stranger, edgier, and fiercer, which was what I was going for," said Rodriguez. Others, like Alessandro Dell'Acqua and Vera Wang, used the eye-popping hue with more moderation, interspersing scarlet with sober shades like brown and gray. Among those going for the full effect, meanwhile: trendsetting model of the moment Agyness Deyn, spotted wearing red tights earlier this week on the streets of London.
