It seemed like half of the Garment District turned up at the Glass Houses in Chelsea on Thursday night to fête Style.com's Laird Borrelli-Persson and her new tome, Fashion Illustrations by Fashion Designers. The book features 250 original sketches by top designers, and in the crowd were Elise Øverland, Phillip Lim, Peter Som, and Vena Cava's Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai.

Borrelli-Persson sold and signed 97 copies, and many of the guests could be seen flipping through the volume's colorful pages. But Costello Tagliapietra's Jeffery Costello and Robert Tagliapietra arrived with a rather glam accessory of their own—model of the moment Agyness Deyn. "The boys invited me along," said the platinum-haired catwalker. "They're in the book, which I hear is just amazing." Deyn recently sent a ripple through the fashion world when she topped Tatler's Best-Dressed List, knocking Kate Moss to the number two spot. But don't expect a walk-off anytime soon, she said. "I love Kate, and to be compared to her is a real honor. I think it's great that we're both flying the flag for British fashion."
