No big surprise, but the adorability quotient ran sky-high at the sixth annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party on Thursday night. The soirée, which was held on the rooftop of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, attracted the likes of Selena Gomez, Emma Roberts, Zac Efron, and Vanessa Hudgens, who were treated to the West Coast debut of Luella Bartley's Spring 2009 collection followed by a performance by Brooklyn-based indie rockers MGMT. "I love having a party in L.A. The energy of the kids and the way that they dress up is really great," said Teen Vogue editor in chief Amy Astley. Indeed, the teen queens displayed a highly developed sense of fashion (could a stylist or two have been involved?). Gomez shone in a polka-dot Luella frock, Frances Bean Cobain teetered about in Louboutins, and Rumer Willis went the black-is-the-new-black route with an Alaïa skirt and a vintage blazer. "It's really kind of crazy. You don't always know what to expect," said Willis of being a Young Hollywood-er. One thing seems certain, though: Designer duds will always be part of the picture.
