Marc Jacobs unveiled a collection that he described as "calm" on Friday night. The after-party that followed was anything but. A mix of celebs (Lil' Kim, Gretchen Mol, Selma Blair), club kids, and drag queens poured into 24 Fifth Avenue to toast the blue-haired designer on yet another job well done. And with M.I.A. at the turntables and wafts of, dare we say, marijuana smoke in the air, even the weariest of fashionistas found their second wind. As for the uncharacteristic punctuality of his show, the designer had little sympathy for any tardy guests. "You better show up on time," he said. "Because you never know what to expect."
