A Sophia Kokosalaki-clad Christina Ricci helped Samsonite launch its Black Label Fashionaire collection on Thursday at New York's Gramercy Park Hotel. "I've selected the white-on-black pattern," said the actress of the 1968 floral print that the company has revived with the help of Decades' Cameron Silver.
In L.A., meanwhile, Details celebrated its second "Mavericks" issue with a party sponsored by Emporio Armani at the home of producer Mary Parent. Laura Prepon, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Sarah Wynter toasted the mag's 27 "unconventional thinkers," a varied lot that included Tom Ford, Damon Dash, and George Stephanopoulos.
And in London, Jo Wood unveiled her organic body-oil line. "Sure, I'm proud of my bird," said her husband, Ronnie Wood. "It's great that her products are here, juxtaposed against 30 years of my work." His "work" wasn't the legendary riffs for the Rolling Stones, but an impressive selection of art exhibited at his own gallery, Scream.
