"It's good to be back at Bergdorf's. I love it here," declared Roland Mouret at Wednesday night's cocktail party celebrating the return of his designs to the New York department store. The evening's hot topic: Does the ideal customer have to be really tall and really skinny (like hosts Lauren Remington Platt, Byrdie Bell, and Sylvana Soto-Ward) to pull off the ultra-fitted RM silhouette? Pint-size designer Tara Subkoff said no. "I first met Roland through Scarlett Johansson, who has a wonderful, curvy figure and loves his stuff," she said. "And I'm a little girl, but I would kill for a closetful of his dresses."
