After dinner, the duoalong with starlets such as Ginnifer Goodwin, Diane Kruger, and Emmy Rossumadjourned to the theater for the premiere of a new production of La Fille du Régiment. Peruvian tenor Juan Diego Flórez brought the crowd to its feet by nimbly coasting through the nine high C's of his Act One aria, and the production itself elicited a rare call for an encore.
