It was a come-one, come-all kind of affair Thursday night at the opening of the new Tom Sachs exhibit at Lever House. Along with the pack of skateboarders zipping up and down Sachs' sculpture of a half-pipe, those on hand included Lance Armstrong, Valentino Garavani, Arden Wohl, and even a German shepherd mix named Zuka, property of Sachs' cousin. "We're kid- and dog-friendly here," joked the man of the hour. Upon surveying the giant Hello Kitty sculptures in the courtyard, Yvonne Force Villareal gave the exhibit a thumbs-up. "I love how it's lyrical yet serious at the same time," mused the prima gallerina. The music wasn't half bad either. Punk rock impresario Malcolm McLaren did a spin in the DJ booth after party band the Stingers got guests onto the dance floor. "Aren't they great?" remarked Sachs. "I found them in an NYU bar on Bleecker Street."
