With fellow New Yorkers the MisShapes in tow, Teen Vogue took over Los Angeles for its Young Hollywood party. Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton were both in attendance, as was on-again, off-again Paris beau Stavros Niarchos, accompanied by his roommate, Vladimir Roitfeld. Flirty dresses made up the unofficial dress code: Camilla Belle wore a white A-line, while Rachel Bilson topped her mini number with a jaunty beret.
